Step into a vital role as Nurse Manager in Surgical Services, where you will lead nursing practice in the Operating Room and enhance patient care experiences. Collaborate with teams for effective service delivery.

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, the Nurse Manager is accountable for the quality and delivery of care. This position focuses on clinical supervision, budget management, and teamwork development. You will drive quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with care standards and optimize patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of clinical services
• Provide skilled supervision and guidance to staff
• Manage the budget for surgical services effectively




• Support the surgical team’s professional development
• Engage in patient care quality improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Completed degree or diploma in Nursing
• Five years Registered Nurse experience in acute care
• Three years in a leadership capacity in healthcare
• Eligible for registration with CANNN
• Required Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
