Responsibilities Manage all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely follow‑up.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions: needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation, and participation in job fairs.
Manage the region’s People & Culture programs, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and off‑boarding, while developing external relationships to attract top talent.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS (Workday) throughout the employee lifecycle.
Participate in organization‑wide People & Culture programs, events, communications, change‑management initiatives, and other P&C; tasks as needed.
Qualifications College or university degree in Human Resources Management.
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources at a coordinator level.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (Reliability).
Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
Willingness to provide a positive employee experience by addressing employee and company needs.
Frequent travel between the Montreal and Bagotville offices is required.
