Shape AI program delivery as a Program Manager within AI Activation. Lead project teams and ensure effective governance and execution of all AI initiatives.

This role, reporting to the AVP of AI Activation, focuses on the comprehensive management of AI programs from inception to completion. Your leadership will establish clear program structures, enhance risk management, and ensure financial accountability. You will also engage with executive stakeholders to drive program impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the AI Activation program portfolio lifecycle
• Directly supervise and coach project management teams
• Define delivery standards and address project challenges
• Ensure program governance and financial transparency




• Facilitate communication with IT and business stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading multiple project initiatives
• Solid background in portfolio and financial management
• Solid skills in performance management and coaching
• Expertise in cross-functional AI project delivery
• Ability to operate effectively between strategy and execution
