Your Chance
Our Ottawa office is looking for a Manager to join the Domestic Tax practice. This is a replacement position and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
Lead client engagements for a wide variety of clients including small and medium enterprises
Identify, develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities
Prepare and review tax reorganizations and corporate, trust and estate tax returns
Build positive working relationships with clients
Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
Engage in training staff and invest in the career development of the team

Your Experience And Education
You hold a Master’s or In‑Depth Tax Program
CPA is a nice to have
You have 5 years’ experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 2 years
You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as you will interact with clients across Eastern Canada
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
The expected range of compensation for this role is $82,000 - $132,000 annually.
