This specialist role involves working on various projects for institutional and industrial clients across Western and Northern Canada. You will lead BIM coordination meetings, implement troubleshooting for constructability issues, and ensure adherence to VDC protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Building Information Modeling meetings with stakeholders
• Manage VDC workflows and ensure document control
• Assess and report on quantity variances for projects
• Work with onsite teams to address constructability concerns
• Develop and execute BIM-related tasks and simulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in VDC or similar, with at least 4 years' experience
• Preferred CM-BIM certification
• Proficient in Revit and related BIM applications
• Solid communication skills to engage diverse teams
• Familiarity with coding tools like Python is a plus
