In this role, you will work collaboratively as a psychiatrist within the Nova Scotia Health system, offering specialized support to individuals with operational stress injuries. Responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, providing pharmacological and psychosocial treatment, and participating in clinical education. Assess and manage patients within the clinic
Ensure compliance with Veterans Affairs Canada standards




Participate in clinical teaching for medical students
Collaborate on research and interdisciplinary care
Involve in on-call services as per need Requirements:
Fellowship in psychiatry or equivalent is required
Licensure eligibility within Nova Scotia
Experience dealing with trauma and stress injuries desired
