Working within a client and family-centered framework, you will be responsible for conducting mental health housing assessments. As part of the HOPE initiative, your role entails supporting clients at risk of eviction through careful planning and intervention. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess housing needs and determine appropriate models
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and housing agencies
• Direct home support and day care referrals as needed

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Health Sciences discipline
• Experience working with clients with mental illness
• Knowledge of mental health recovery principles
• Ability to independently manage a diverse workload
• Valid BC Driver’s License may be required
