Overview The project R&T; team is responsible for engineering project management of technology demonstrators and early phases of new aircraft developments.
Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of R&T; initiatives
Define project objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for technology maturation and/or aircraft development
Develop and maintain detailed schedules and critical path, risk management plans, and cost tracking
Own the completion/execution of medium complexity projects within budget, justify deviations, and lead recovery actions
Collaborate within the Engineering community, cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders
Lead change management activities
Provide clear visibility and reporting to management on project status, risks, and strategic decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within R&T;
Qualifications You have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
You have 8-10 years of experience in aerospace industry; project engineering experience is an asset.
You demonstrate strong capability in schedule management, budget/cost management and Scope/change governance.
You have solid understanding of technology maturation and conceptual design phases.




You are comfortable working with uncertainty and evolving project scope.
You are autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork.
You are proficient with project management tools (eg., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, TeamCenter).
