Medcan Health Management is looking for a Family Physician to join our expanding team. This role allows you to focus on a small number of patients, ensuring quality, preventive care while enjoying a balanced schedule of at least three days weekly from 8 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, preventive care to rostered patients
• Cultivate strong relationships by understanding their health journeys
• Utilize insights from same-day tests for clinical guidance
• Design treatment plans with the help of a dedicated referral team
• Engage in team-learning initiatives and continuing education

Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario's CPSO and active OHIP billing
• CCFP or FRCPC qualification is necessary
• Knowledge in preventive care is valued
• Service-oriented and team-oriented working style
• Commit to a minimum of three days per week in practice
