About the Role
This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement. The individual will support supplier‑driven updates, resolve operational issues, and analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Execute supplier‑driven updates, including rental location and fleet changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, managing change requests and day‑to‑day inquiries while aligning system requirements with partner capabilities.

Leverage SQL and API request/response analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.

Analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies, generate actionable insights, and partner cross‑functionally to improve systems, policies, and performance.

Leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Solid SQL fundamentals and experience working with and streamlining AI workflows.

Working understanding of how data is exchanged via APIs—request/response structures, field mapping, and common failure modes—to troubleshoot integration issues and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, with strong critical thinking and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.





Proactive self‑starter with strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in a quick‑paced environment and deliver against deadlines.

4‑year degree in a business‑related field and 2–4 years of business or related experience (plus a plus).

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000–80,000 CAD.
