As the Executive Director, you will execute TPYC's mission supporting youth and fostering relationships throughout the community. Your responsibilities include leading staff, managing financial decisions, and ensuring effective outreach efforts. You will interact with various stakeholders including church leadership, donors, and local organizations to enhance the impact of TPYC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and engage with youth in the community
• Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
• Plan and execute fundraising initiatives




• Represent TPYC at community events and meetings
• Oversee volunteer qualifications and training

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant field experience
• Proven track record in youth and team management
• Must align with EFree Church Statement of Faith
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license
• Ability to complete Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
