- Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy (Author, transactions, rules, forms, XML).
- Strong domain knowledge in P&C; Insurance (Auto, Property, Specialty).
- Robust SQL skills for backend validation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and defect management abilities.
- 3–5+ years hands on with Duck Creek Policy.
- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks is mandatory.
