In this critical position, you will support the Operations/Installation Manager, leading a team of 5 to 10 Installation Technicians. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, managing installation processes, and ensuring quality control throughout projects. Your expertise in audiovisual installations will be a significant asset in providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys and quality checks
• Manage and coordinate installation tasks and subcontract services
• Guide technicians through their learning and development plans
• Monitor project objectives and align team efforts
• Demonstrate installation techniques for audiovisual projects
Requirements:
• Experience in managing installation operations
• Knowledge of AV or electromechanical systems
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with positive record
