In this unpaid role, you will contribute a minimum of 5 hours weekly to enhance the STW™ online presence. Your responsibilities include running usability tests and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve user interactions on the website. This position offers valuable experience in research techniques and UX design that aligns with a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to refine website usability
• Collaborate with diverse teams for product feature prioritization
• Educate stakeholders on UX best practices and trends
• Report project findings to leadership for future improvements
• Attend monthly meetings to align on tech initiatives
Requirements:
• BA/BS or pursuing a degree in design or HCI
• 0.5 years of experience in UX design or relevant internships
• Understanding of usability methods and competitive analysis
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
