Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces using proper cleaning, sanding, and masking techniques
• Apply primers and topcoats with various types of spray guns
• Monitor drying and film thickness to ensure quality standards
• Perform inspections and touch-up painting as necessary




• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety procedures

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial spray painting role
• Solid understanding of paint application and chemical handling
• Training or certification in industrial painting/coatings preferred
• Capability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight areas
