In this vital role, you will assess pediatric clients, create and apply personalized treatment strategies, and ensure all documentation is effectively managed. • Document progress in EMR systems
• Achieve and track goals in the Plan of Care
• Support and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (preferably a Doctorate)
• Must be licensed in Florida
• Familiarity with pediatric settings preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to personal and qualified growth
