Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of millwright maintenance at the mine site and surrounding areas. This includes preventative maintenance work, equipment repairs and participation in developing maintenance programs
Rebuilding pumps of various types and sizes
Removal of pumps, fans and agitators for maintenance
Bearing replacements, belt/sheave changes and adjustments
Oil changes on equipment
Some occasional welding/fabricating
Maintain a safe and organized working environment
Overtime, call outs, and shift work as required
Move and operate mining equipment
Skills and Qualifications
Must have an Interprovincial Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic ticket
A Journeyperson Machinist ticket considered an asset
Welding experience and/or a Journeyperson Welder is considered an asset
Heavy Duty Mechanic experience and / Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic an asset
Good understanding of pumps and other mechanical equipment related to the mine operation
Willing to assist other trades in the completion of their duties
Able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions
Priority will be given to residents of the Saskatchewans North

McClean Lake
14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
