Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and lead Heavy Duty Mechanics and Fuel & Lube Technicians
• Manage preventative maintenance and unplanned repairs
• Ensure inspections are completed according to standards




• Assist with diagnostics and repairs of equipment
• Update and maintain documentation and maintenance schedules

Requirements:
• Leadership experience of at least 3 years
• Valid Red Seal certification in Heavy Duty Mechanics
• Knowledge in maintenance for Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu
• Strong safety and compliance commitment
• Class 5 Driver’s License with valuable driving record
