With direct reporting to the Unlicensed Practice Manager, your role involves managing compliance cases effectively. From evidence gathering to pursuing court actions, your actions will ensure that engineering and geoscience practices are recognized and regulated. Collaborate with various stakeholders to foster voluntary compliance and carry out compliance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations as a Case Lead on compliance issues
• Review and assess evidence for decision-making
• Maintain effective communications with stakeholders
• Document findings and support continuous process improvements
• Collaborate on case action plans and document management
Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer or Geoscientist with APEGA
• 6-7 years of professional experience in your field
• Exceptional research and document management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks preferred
• Excellent communication in both verbal and written forms
