You will strategize technology transformations while managing multiple engagements and guiding diverse teams. • Lead large-scale banking technology initiatives and data strategy
• Consult on transformation planning and execution
• Manage various engagements to maintain high delivery standards
• Cultivate relationships with banking stakeholders and executives
• Drive team development and cooperative projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or engineering
• More than 8 years of delivery experience
• At least 5 years in consulting for financial services
• Solid capability to work with diverse teams
• Required on-site presence in the GTA 2–3 times a week
