This role demands 3 to 5 years in program operations management to ensure the organization can continue delivering quality, person-centered support to its clients. You’ll work closely with team members, guiding program operations while adhering to compliance standards and fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily program operations for effective service delivery
• Direct regular audits to maintain service quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Identify and coordinate staff training needs




• Serve as the primary communication link with the Regional Director

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Services, Disability Studies, or similar
• Experience in disability services preferred
• Solid leadership and situation management skills
• Familiarity with operational budgets and documentation
• Willingness to travel between program sites
