In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Heavy Duty Mechanics, ensuring all maintenance activities are timely and safe. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for coordinating tasks and overseeing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support Heavy Duty Mechanics and Technicians daily
• Manage preventative maintenance and urgent repair tasks
• Ensure compliance with equipment inspection requirements
• Diagnose mechanical issues and facilitate repairs
• Collaborate with project teams on maintenance priorities

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Required Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
• In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment brands
• Solid independent work ethic and team leadership
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
