Citis Learning & Culture organization is seeking a Learning Advisor Lead with over six years of experience. In this key role, you will identify Learning needs and develop targeted strategies in collaboration with HR and business partners. Your expertise in adult learning theory, project management, and assessment will drive effective training and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a Learning strategy aligning with HR and business goals
• Develop cooperative Learning solutions with management
• Conduct gap analyses to identify training prospects




• Solicit feedback and measure effectiveness of training
• Navigate Learning governance and compliance with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Over 6 years experience in Learning
• Robust consulting and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
