Westlake is hiring a Packer/Loader who will work on manufacturing lines to ensure that vinyl products meet customer requirements. You will recognize defective products and maintain packaging integrity for secure transportation. Effective communication and understanding of packing processes are essential for success in this rapid-demand role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack vinyl products from extrusion/injection lines
• Remove and report any defective products
• Prepare and seal cartons for shipments
• Maintain accurate piece counts of completed cartons
• Ensure clean and secure working conditions
Requirements:
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities
