What you'll be doing As a member of the Commercial Banking team, you’ll work with our clients to create end-to-end financial solutions to help build a comprehensive approach to finance growth, manage cash flow, increase efficiency, and mitigate risk. As a Relationship Manager you will manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring clients’ day-to-day banking needs are being met at the highest level. You will develop new client relationships through business development activities, actively monitor and manage the relationship with the client, and structure, negotiate and document credit and cash management arrangements to deliver what matters to our clients and help them realize their goals. Who you are You have a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You’re an industry expert.
