Our technology client is seeking a JIRA Reporting Manager to build JIRA dashboards and reporting using JQL and JIRA queries- RQ02442

Join an Assurance Team supporting reporting and dashboard delivery within a technology-focused environment. This role focuses on translating client and business information into JIRA reports, dashboards, and reporting outputs using JQL and JIRA queries.

Location: Toronto/Hybrid- 3-4 days per week.

Duration: 6 Months (Chance of Extension)

Must Haves

- 5-10+ years in JIRA reporting , JQL , and JIRA queries
- Hands-on delivery of JIRA dashboards and reporting
- Project management , Project Administrator , or Project Analyst background

Nice to Have

- Experience working with client and business stakeholders to gather reporting information

Responsibilities

- Build JIRA reports from client and business information
- Convert JQL and JIRA queries into dashboards and reporting outputs
- Support reporting activities within the Assurance Team
