As a Heavy Duty Mechanic Foreperson, you'll support a team responsible for the reliability of heavy equipment. You'll coordinate maintenance schedules, handle diagnostics for equipment failures, and guide the team in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with skilled supervisors to ensure all maintenance activities meet Ledcor’s stringent safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Heavy Duty Mechanics daily
• Oversee preventative maintenance and unplanned repairs




• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspections completion
• Diagnose and manage the repair process accurately
• Maintain organized maintenance records & schedules

Requirements:
• 3+ years of leadership experience required
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification needed
• Robust experience with Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving history
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
