Responsibilities

Collaborate with data governance stakeholders to establish and maintain data management standards for the Data Platform.

Analyze data documentation to identify and define Critical Data Elements.

Support the creation of data retention, compliance, and security policies.

Manage data quality issues.

Assist business users with data inquiries.

Support data governance initiatives, including evaluating and implementing governance tools.

Promote data awareness and literacy across the organization.

Drive continuous improvements in data governance processes, ensuring data security and compliance.

Facilitate easy access to data.

Build metadata repositories, business glossaries, and training materials.

Work with data owners to protect data and define key performance indicators.

Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management.

Proficiency in SQL and data governance tools.

Robust understanding of industry standards, MDM technology, and process improvement.

Organized, analytical, and an effective communicator.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
Base salary band: $80,000 - $90,000. Additional compensation includes a performance bonus and a retirement plan.
