Rocket Lab is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at its Toronto facility to lead advances in the production of ADCS components for satellites. This in-person role is focused on improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality in aerospace.

In this role, as a senior team member, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing environments with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and compliance with aerospace standards. You will guide the team in implementing innovative solutions, conducting feasibility studies, and training production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and refine manufacturing processes and documentation
• Create work instructions for technicians
• Lead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances




• Enhance production methodologies through data-driven analysis
• Train recent employees on best practices and equipment usage

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in high-reliability manufacturing
• Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electronic assembly
• Familiarity with industry environmental testing standards
