Meadow Lake Coop is hiring a Hardware Sales Manager at our Service Center location in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Co‑op does business differently. Responsibilities Manage, maintain and secure the store location and property.
Drive sales growth to improve profitability.
Provide recommendations for major maintenance repairs, expense items and ensure proper housekeeping is maintained.
Adhere to brand and merchandising standards.
Procure merchandise, maintain ordering schedules and inventory control.
In coordination with the Farm Sales Manager, prepare, administer and achieve budgeted goals and operating budgets.
Review sales and productivity reports and operating statements.
Ensure company procedures are followed.
Lead the team, including recruitment, goal setting,
performance management and training and development.
Build solid customer relationships and deliver solutions.
Actively engage in programs aimed at promoting good customer relations, increasing sales and continually strive to improve the store's customer experience.
Schedule team members.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Passionate about a career in retail.
Passionate about creating a positive customer experience.
Ability to work independently and take direction when required.
Previous retail supervisory experience; education and experience may be considered.
Flexibility to be available for weekends, after‑hours calls and emergencies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
