What We’re Looking For:

2 to 5 years of post‑call Commercial Real Estate expertise from a reputable Canadian law firm. In‑house experience is also welcomed.

Transaction Experience – Proficiency in the purchase and sale of investment properties across various asset classes for regional and national investors.

Development Acumen – Familiarity with development approvals and complex subdivisions for commercial, residential,



and mixed‑use projects.

Leasing Expertise – Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Impeccable interpersonal and client service abilities, robust initiative, and a collaborative spirit.

Organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple time‑sensitive priorities are a must.

Above‑average academics and qualified to practice law in Canada.
