Elevate workplace safety standards as the Supervisor for Health & Safety at TRCA. Your strategic oversight will enhance program compliance and training initiatives across the organization.

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of TRCA’s Health & Safety Management Program, ensuring legislative compliance and effective implementation of safety practices. This role involves leading audits, risking assessments, and developing training programs while analyzing safety data to facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to advocate for health and safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement of safety management systems
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures




• Conduct detailed hazard assessments across job sites
• Facilitate delivery of health and safety training
• Manage workplace incident investigations and trends analysis

Requirements:
• Degree in a related discipline focusing on safety
• Minimum of 4 years in safety management roles
• At least 1 year in supervisory or project management
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Proficient with MS Office and safety management tools
