This role is critical for achieving new business growth and managing renewals, requiring expertise in relationship management and a deep understanding of insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Solicit and manage new business sales through established brokers
• Achieve set growth targets and metrics




• Develop and maintain excellent relations with brokers
• Conduct effective presentations and manage account details

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in sales, ideally within group insurance
• Proficient in communication and negotiation
• Must possess Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%)
