In this pivotal role, you will support OMSpartner churches through various initiatives aimed at community engagement and growth. Focus on practical training, ministry partnerships, and theological education to enhance the church's ability to serve. Your efforts will directly contribute to the local church's capacity to live out their faith through compassion and action.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist churches in becoming vibrant and transformative
• Utilize research to identify needs and opportunities
• Encourage churches to leverage their assets for community benefit




• Provide impactful training and presentations
• Maintain metrics and reporting for leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in ministry
• Experience in church settings preferred
• Mission experience is an advantage
• Networking skills with community organizations
• Solid communication abilities and spiritual maturity
