We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and execute construction activities from RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work to final finishing stages in high-rise real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and safety compliance, ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise RCC, finishing, and general construction activities.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely project completion.

Monitor material usage, site inventory, and daily progress.





Conduct quality inspections and report site issues or delays.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and maintaining site documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred Graduate / Minimum HSC Pass.

Knowledge of construction methods, RCC, and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred).

Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
