Core Function Provide pharmaceutical care services to clinic and non-clinic clients.
Direct, guide, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, assistants, and/or students as required.
Collaborate with physicians to provide prescriptions and medication counselling, drug education as part of an interdisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease management.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Registration with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).
Registration with Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).
Must be bondable.
Insurance malpractice insurance.
Must have knowledge of and capability with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.
Good oral and communication skills.
Previous experience preferred.
Able to work independently as well as work as a team member.
Able to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and cooperative communication skills and professional attitude.
