Oversee clinical research initiatives as a Research Nurse Supervisor at BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL. Supervise trials and enhance research quality through team training.

In this exempt full-time role, you'll manage a portfolio of clinical studies while working closely with Research Nurse Coordinators. You’ll be responsible for evaluating clinical and financial feasibility, and collaborating on contract negotiations with sponsors. Leadership in training, compliance, and quality assurance will be vital as you guide your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical trials and nurse coordinators
• Assess feasibility for new research studies
• Assist in negotiating contracts and budgets
• Facilitate training for valuable clinical practices




• Support new principles investigators as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences with three years' experience
• Master’s degree may substitute for experience
• Associate’s degree with seven years' experience required
• FL Registered Nurse license preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes
