American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Bid Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team at our Acheson Office, near Edmonton.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Track and review bid opportunities (RFQs / RFPs)

Coordinate proposal timelines, inputs, and stakeholders

Prepare and format high-quality proposal documents

Support writing and editing of proposal content

Manage submission packages and ensure compliance

Maintain proposal records, templates, and documentation

Assist with bid administration

WHAT YOU BRING

1 to 3 years of experience in a coordination or support role related to estimating, proposals, construction, etc.

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Comfort working with multiple stakeholders

Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (D365)

Familiarity with construction industry or bid environments
