Lead complex EMC engineering projects involving aircraft systems
Analyze design impacts and propose EMC compliance strategies
Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with R&D; to address electromagnetics challenges
Prepare and oversee EMC test procedures and reportsRequirements:
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
8 years of EMC experience, minimum 4 in aerospace
Knowledge of industry standards and certification regulations
Proven problem-solving and engineering leadership skills
