This internship will give you the opportunity to work on a strategic challenge: reducing dormant stock and excess inventory to improve the performance of our supply chain. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills in data analysis, inventory management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
In this internship,
you will have the opportunity to :
Analyze the company’s inventory to identify idle stock and excess inventory
Assess the financial impact of excess inventory
Investigate the causes of inventory buildup (forecasting, procurement, product changes, etc.)
Prioritize prospects for improvement and recommend sustainable solutions
Design a dashboard and an action plan to reduce excess inventory and prevent its recurrence
Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or another relevant field
Motivated by achieving results
Analytical and organized mindset
Ability to work with multiple people and in a quick-paced environment
Comfortable with digital tools and Excel
