Key Responsibilities:
Advise on employment law compliance and HR policies

Requirements:
Active Member of the Barreau du Québec
7 to 10 years in commercial litigation
Experience in highly regulated environments
Solid analytical and negotiation skills
Fluency in French and English for effective communication
