Our client, a growing and dynamic organization based in Vancouver, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their finance team. This is an excellent prospect for an accounting leader who enjoys combining technical expertise with process improvement, team leadership, and operational problem-solving.
Reporting to senior leadership, the Controller will take ownership of financial reporting, month-end processes, accounting operations, and team development while identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall finance efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys building structure where needed, and is motivated by the chance to grow into broader finance leadership responsibilities, including FP&A;, forecasting, and strategic business support.
