You’ll play a critical role in advising our HR Apps product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to HR products and engineering teams
Review compliance risks throughout product lifecycle
Develop compliance artifacts for Gusto’s legal hub
Create AI-driven workflows and resources for efficiency
Monitor regulatory developments impacting HR products
Requirements:
5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house
Robust understanding of employment law
Ability to build consensus and strong relationships
JD degree and active State bar membership
Experience with AI tools in legal processes
Use your expertise to build compliant, scalable HR solutions that make a difference for small businesses at Gusto.
