This role is vital in planning and delivering health services that respect and reflect Anishnawbek culture and practices. You will oversee nursing services, advocate for client needs, and provide leadership to your staff in a supportive and culturally secure environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct home care program operations and ensure service quality
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care strategies
• Coordinate client referrals and health services effectively




• Supervise and mentor clinical staff for professional growth
• Manage operational budgets and compliance with standards

Requirements:
• BScN and Registered Nurse in Ontario
• 3–5 years of nursing experience in community health
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff management
• Knowledgeable in Indigenous culture and health matters
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
