By facilitating workshops and utilizing CORE techniques, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will guide training efforts and help track the success of LEAN initiatives, ensuring alignment with RTX’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the deployment of LEAN Manufacturing strategies
• Facilitate workshops and ongoing training
• Use CORE tools to spot inefficiencies




• Monitor LEAN initiative effectiveness and report results

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field (Manufacturing or Business)
• Minimum 3 years in operations or process roles
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Proven success in leading improvement projects
