Your Day to Day
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
Create and maintain automated test scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using Linear.
Conduct thorough regression testing for every release to ensure functionality isn’t broken.
Work closely with engineers and product leads to understand requirements, offer feedback, and contribute to quality improvements.
Validate builds in CI/CD pipelines, proactively identifying issues in staging before they go live.
Support system performance testing to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
Act as a technical point of contact for escalated support tickets, working closely with the customer support team to diagnose, reproduce, and elevate issues to the development team as needed.
Requirements
0–1+ years of skilled software development experience.
Experience writing test scripts with tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
Solid understanding of test‑driven development.
Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
Ability to write clear and detailed documentation.
Proficiency using Git in a cooperative setting.
Strong English verbal and written skills.
Willingness to learn quickly and embrace new technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated passion for software development (personal projects, open‑source contributions).
Openness to mentorship and continuous skill improvement.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to contribute positively to a team‑oriented culture.
