Your responsibilities will also include line indoctrination, line checks as required, support for online integration, and online verifications when assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant. You will contribute to the improvement of existing training programs and the development of new programs. When required, you will also assist the Flight Attendant Instructor with assigned duties.---### Work environment---### Requested skills**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?** • High School diploma. • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Flight Attendant or an equivalent combination of training and experience. • Experience as a supervisor and/or trainer and/or involvement in employee training and evaluations. • Bilingual (French and English).
• Knowledge of Cree culture and language is considered an asset. • Solid organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to work irregular hours, including the possibility of overnight stays. • Availability upon request. • Certification required.
