NOW HIRING — FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Ocean Ceramics Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations of our growing organization.

This permanent, full-time, on-site leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, payroll, compliance, budgeting, internal controls, cash flow management, and operational financial analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and department managers to support strategic growth, cost control, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and month/year-end reporting

Financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting

Implement AI technologies into accounting systems as needed.

Tax filings, payroll remittances, GST/PST compliance, and regulatory reporting

Inventory, production cost, and operational financial analysis

Internal controls, audit preparation, and financial process improvement

Grant, subsidy, and SR&ED; reporting support





ERP/accounting system management and reporting accuracy

Vendor management and cost-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

CPA, CMA, or CGA designation preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Robust experience in accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance

Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software experience

Manufacturing or inventory-based accounting experience considered an asset

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Must provide a Criminal Record Check and will need to perform an aptitude check.

Compensation
Salary negotiable based on experience.
