Responsibilities

Provide Enterprise Architecture subject matter expertise and solutioning to our most strategic clients

Help grow our business by contributing to pipeline and identification and support of business development activities

Annual revenue target of $1Million

Build and maintain key client/partner relationships, leveraging your personal and expertise to bring client value

Develop and implement comprehensive and executable enterprise architecture and systems integration strategies aligned with the client's business strategies

Identify and design technology solution options and capabilities that enable a client's business strategy, from key focused enabling elements to enterprise-wide technology strategies

Communicate technical concepts and strategies clearly and concisely to CXO-level executives

Collaborate with a broad range of leaders to align technology strategy, business strategy, solution alignment, business cases, and risk profiles for strategic initiatives

Participate in complex deal QA process, demonstrating mastery in project delivery within domain of expertise to ensure successful outcomes. Address delivery escalations in Capability discipline, both internally and client facing

Contribute to the creation and execution of the Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration Advisory country strategy,



ensuring measured progress towards goals & priorities in alignment to Slalom strategy and Global Capability Strategy

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but expectations are 4 days a week onsite

Proactive GTM Mentality: Build relationships and actively seek opportunities to expand the sales pipeline, partnering with sales/client partners to generate leads

Qualifications

Vision to Action – Proven ability to get from strategy to action through driving clear plans that deliver accretive financial results

Complex Delivery Execution – Experience leading complex Consulting projects, including management of financials and experience in AE roles

Domain Expertise – 10+ years delivery experience and relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration. Seen as a go-to or mentor by team members

Experience with Enterprise Architecture platforms such as Ardoq, Orbus, LeanIX, Abacus, Bizzdesign

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF

AI architecture experience is nice to have
