Become a key Operations Shift Trainer and impact LNG production. Contribute your expertise in training and operations while ensuring compliance and best practices during the operational phase.
This role involves assessing and certifying Operations Technicians, focusing on training and development to meet regulatory standards. You'll work directly with the Shift Superintendent to ensure shift compliance and competence. Engage in incident command leadership and support recruitment efforts while driving safety measures in a dynamic LNG setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and certify Operations Technicians for competency
• Develop training and development plans for all shift employees
• Deliver diverse training formats for compliance
• Support Operations Readiness Assurance Core Team initiatives
• Lead HSE Shift Meetings and audits
Requirements:
• 5–10 years LNG operations experience required
• 4th Class Power Engineering Diploma minimum
• Previous LNG Operations Technician experience preferred
• Experience in training and mentoring employees
• ICS Certification and Emergency Response experience required
